Program Assistant/Associate, Leadership Development
ACI is seeking a creative self-starter with a strong learning orientation to join our team. The right candidate will combine an interest in the big picture with the ability to pay close attention to details. We strongly encourage candidates with an interest and commitment to advancing racial equity and justice within community development, housing finance, and climate to apply.
The Program Assistant or Associate will be a member of the Leadership Development team that executes the Fulcrum Fellowship and Field Catalyst programs and weaves together a network of current and past ACI program participants. The Program Assistant’s/Associate’s responsibilities include project coordination and administrative support to ensure seamless in-person and virtual learning experiences.
