An Action-learning Framework
This short-term course was designed to support leaders in clarifying local priorities, enlisting institutions that could contribute to those priorities, developing a pipeline of investments to achieve their vision, and changing policies and practices to create a more supportive financing environment.

Leveraging Community Investment
Designed for leaders who are committed to leveraging community investment and who are able to tackle a challenge associated with racial inequities and economic marginalization in their communities, the course helped leaders activate or accelerate affordable housing protection, preservation, and development; climate adaptation strategies; small business protection; food systems.
